The Terms of Use Agreement

The Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for the users of the Professor Academy Services and products. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the Professor Academy, including educators who are also contributors of Content on the Professor Academy, Visitor or a Member/Student who accesses that content. The Professor Academy includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which includes but is not limited to products, software and service offered via the Professor Academy, such as the Professor Academy online courses, Professor Academy classroom courses, and any other service or application that Professor Academy introduces from time to time. By using the Professor Academy Services and products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Professor Academy site) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Professor Academy both paid Students/alumni and free members/subscribers) ) or you are an Educator. You are authorized to use the Professor Academy Services and products (regardless of whether your access it or your use is intended) only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. If you wish to become a Member/Student, communicate with other Members/Students and make use of the Professor Academy Services and products, please read this Agreement carefully. Completion of the Registration process and enrolling yourself to Professor Academy courses indicate your acceptance of all these terms and Conditions.

This Agreement includes Professor Academy's policy for acceptable use of the Professor Academy Services and Content posted on the Professor Academy site/ Social media, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Professor Academy Services and Professor Academy's Privacy Policy.

User Guidelines

A. Admission and Class details:

• ● When a student seeks admission to the Academy (either online or classroom), it is assumed by the academy that he/she has an earnest purpose here and is expected to aim at the highest achievement in every sphere and to conduct him/herself in a responsible and dignified manner wherever he/she may be. Hence, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse/to accept an offer to purchase our Online Courses/ enroll to our Classroom courses (without the need to give a reason for any).
• ● A course contains 150-hours of lectures (Both papers); A course includes live- interactive Lectures, Test session, Test discussion, Doubts solving session and Revision session. The schedule provided for the class is Tentative. Additional classes will also be arranged with sole discretion of the Institute, if required.
• ● If any of the class is suspended, due to technical issues from our part, the alternative session will be arranged for the same.
• ● In case the syllabus (decided by management) is completed prior to the decided time, then the batch may be culminated.

B. Professor Academy Accounts

In order to access some of the features of the Professor Academy, you may have to create your account with Professor Academy. You agree and confirm that you will never use another User’s account nor provide access to your account to any third-party. When creating your account, you confirm that the information so provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share the same with anyone. You must notify Professor Academy immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. At no point in time will Professor Academy be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to Professor Academy or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.

C. Subscription

Professor Academy Subscription (the "Subscription Service") is a personalized Subscription that offers, recommends and helps you discover digital educational content created and access to live interactive sessions delivered by our renowned team of faculty and Book material (hard and soft copy) collectively, called as "Educational Content" in the category of your interest. You can access the Subscription and Educational Content, through the Professor Academy website or Professor Academy mobile application by subscribing to any category of your choice from the available subscription plans (“Subscription”). The Subscription will allow you access to all the courses/classes that are on-going during your Subscription Period. We personalize content and features them as part of the Subscriptions, including showing you recommendations on Educational Content in the subscribed category, features and other related categories that might be of interest to you. We also endeavor to continuously improve the Subscriptions and subscription plans to improve your subscription experience.

D. Educational content

Live interactive sessions delivered by our renowned team of faculty and Book material (hard and soft copy) collectively, called as "Educational Content"The Subscription allows you to access live-synchronous Educational Content on a subscription basis in the subscripted category for viewing, for a limited period of time during the Subscription Period.

E. Compatible devices

In order to access the live - synchronous courses/classes or to download the Educational Content in the mobile application, you will need to use a personal computer, portable media player, or other device that meets the system and compatibility requirements (a "Compatible Device"). The Compatible Devices may change from time to time and, in some cases, whether a device is (or remains) a Compatible Device may depend on software or systems provided or maintained by the device manufacturer or other third parties. Accordingly, devices that are Compatible Devices at one time may cease to be Compatible Devices in the future. Thus, kindly make sure that the device that you use is compatible with our system/software to avail the Subscription Service.

F. Quality of Live Synchronous

The resolution and quality of the Educational Content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are accessing the Educational Content and your bandwidth, which may increase or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide you a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the Educational Content you will receive when streaming.

G. Payment Policy:

• ● You can subscribe to the category of your choice by clicking the Subscribe option and making the required payment for the subscription plan of your choice.
• ● If at any point of time, the Central Government further increases service tax the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Government.
• ● Refund Policy- The fees once deposited towards a particular course is refundable only before the commencement of the batch/ First three classes from the date of admission, In that case fees will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges(10% of paid fee). Fees will not be refunded at any other circumstance.

H. Termination of Candidature:

• ● In case if the tutor feels that the student is Indiscipline, disturbing, irregular in attendance/timing, then he/she will be terminated from the institute. The decision of the in charge in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. Discontinued/expelled student never readmitted again in any circumstance.
• ● In case if a student indulges in unauthorized use of account, then the student will be terminated from the course.
• ● If a student is absent without prior information for more than 15 days/ 2 weeks. His/her candidature will be considered cancelled with or without any further notice to the student. The decision of the Managing Director will be the final in the regard.
• ● If the installment is not paid within stipulated time a further grace period will not be given, admission will considered automatically cancelled and no claim will be entertained.

I. General Restrictions:

You may not (i) transfer, copy or display the Educational Content; (ii) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any right to the Educational Content; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Educational Content; (iv) attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other content protection system used as part of the Subscription; or (v) use the Subscription or Educational Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
